Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Taylor, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of South Florida. I work with clients of all ages, with a special focus on children and families, supporting concerns such as anxiety, parenting challenges, poor self-esteem, and helping clients build effective coping skills. I also use play therapy techniques when working with children and am currently working toward certification in EMDR. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to help each client feel supported while working toward meaningful growth.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach centers on relational, person-centered care, with a focus on authenticity, presence, and genuine connection. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel understood, valued, and truly supported.

What you can expect from me

I work collaboratively with clients, meeting them where they are and honoring their lived experience. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals, and pace. My role is not to fix or judge, but to provide thoughtful guidance and compassionate support, helping clients build insight, emotional regulation, and resilience.
