Great to meet you!

With 18 years of experience in the mental health field, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate the complexities of life’s greatest stressors. I believe that while we cannot always control the challenges life throws our way, we all possess an innate capacity to adapt and heal. My role is to help you tap into that strength. I provide a collaborative and non-judgmental space where we focus on identifying what is keeping you stuck and developing the practical resilience needed to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I work primarily from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework. This means our sessions are active and goal-oriented. We will look at the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to identify unhelpful patterns that may be fueling your stress or symptoms. My approach is strength-based; I focus on empowering you with a "toolbox" of coping strategies so that you can respond positively to life’s transitions and sustain long-term change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is to make you feel seen and heard. We will discuss the specific life stressors or symptoms that brought you to therapy and begin to outline what success looks like for you. You can expect a warm, grounded environment where we lay the foundation of our partnership. We won’t just talk about the problems—we will begin identifying your capacity for change and start building a roadmap toward the version of your life that feels more balanced and manageable.
