Great to meet you!

**I am currently open for new clients available for in-person therapy on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Park Slope, Brooklyn.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I offer a client-centered, trauma-informed, multicultural approach. Having served the diverse population of New York City in medical, educational, and non-profit settings, I am sensitive to diversity of experience while acknowledging that your journey is unique.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I support adults struggling with anxiety and depression stemming from a host of issues such as life transitions, grief, identity exploration, and interpersonal conflict. My style is eclectic, drawing from training in psychodynamic therapy and evidence-based practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy. I am also trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, an attachment-based model, as well as perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

What you can expect from our first session

Life can be overwhelming. Finding a therapist shouldn't add to that stress. Every one of us deserves access to a safe, judgement-free space. As a therapist, I fiercely defend that space for my clients--and I hope to meet you there with kindness, authenticity, and humor. I understand that a strong therapeutic alliance is built on earned trust. Facing one’s most vulnerable self can be uncomfortable, but you don't have to endure it alone. I look forward to meeting you!
