I am passionate about supporting you in your health, and sharing empowerment tools that will give you lifelong benefits. After more than 20 years of learning and helping people through thousands of sessions, I have developed a holistic and compassionate approach to relieving anxiety, depressive symptoms, overall feelings of being stuck and in the dark. Seeing people feel hopeful and able to shift their lives is my joy! I am pleased and eager to assist you.

Feel relief now. My approach is compassionate and empowering. Although therapy often is considered talk therapy, much of what affects us is unconscious and non-verbal. My effective approach, shifts that which is underlying struggle. I include traditional clinical skills, mindset shifts, and behavioral changes, plus mindfulness, to restore peace, resiliency, and enhance health...for long-term results, and lifelong enhancement tools.

Our time together includes my open-hearted listening and my facilitating to enhance your peace and your life! Each session will include sharing, and also developing your goals and tools so that you will feel uplifted. We work as a team to enhance your life!
