Great to meet you!

Hi everyone my name is Tiffany and I have been working in the mental health field for 6+years. I received my Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Hamline University and completed my Master's of Arts at Adler Graduate School where I focused on Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Since graduating in 2022, I completed all post-graduation requirements and received my LPCC License (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) from the state of Minnesota in January 2025.

My approach to therapy

When working with clients, I use a client-centered and trauma-informed lens. I teach clients coping skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and educate on attachment style and theory. I also use several stress management techniques and incorporate the mind/body connection. Mind/body elements include EFT tapping, vagus nerve exercises, and ways to effectively regulate the nervous system.

What you can expect from me

I believe the most important aspect in therapy is the relationship between client and provider. It is highly important to provide a safe, non-judgmental space. This environment allows client's to show up as they are and feel safe to share traumatic experiences, worries, and insecurities.

I use a collaborative approach with clients and believe that client's and providers work together in order to develop the most effective and achievable goals in order to improve mental health symptoms and build a life worth living.
