Great to meet you!

My role is to cultivate healthy relationships with my clients and teach them how to cultivate healthy relationships with others. I assist my clients work through trauma and understanding how the brain helps to protect you from yourself and the world.

My approach to therapy

I meet individuals where they are and work to help them become the healthiest versions of themselves. I provide a safe and supportive environment for my clients to talk openly without judgment and I work with my clients on how to engage in healthy communication. I also believe in a holistic approach to therapy, as I believe that our mental health is just as important as a physical and economic health.

What you can expect from me

Hopefully, clients will leave their sessions feeling healthier than prior to therapy and will leave with a solid plan on how to cultivate relationships outcomes and opportunities to change the self-concept.
