Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health professional with over 20 years of experience in counseling, education, and clinical training. My career began in Human Resources, where I was drawn to supporting the emotional well-being of employees. That passion led me to pursue a Master’s in Counseling and transition into the mental health field. I bring a warm, inclusive, and practical approach to therapy and training, grounded in connection, collaboration, and humor. My work focuses on empowering individuals and teams to grow, heal, and thrive.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in connection, curiosity, and compassion. I focus on creating a safe, inclusive space where clients feel seen and understood. I use a collaborative, strengths-based style that blends practical tools with insight, always tailored to the unique needs and goals of each person. I believe healing happens through relationship, and I bring warmth, humor, and honesty to the process. Therapy with me is about real conversations that support meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build on strengths, and develop practical tools for managing emotions, relationships, and stress. Sessions often bring clarity, increased self-awareness, and a deeper sense of empowerment. My goal is for clients to walk away with insight they can use—and a sense of hope they can feel.
