Great to meet you!

At The Holistic Wellness Group, we believe healing begins in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered. Our practice provides compassionate, evidence-based virtual therapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating life's challenges.

Our clinicians specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, self-esteem, and family conflict using personalized, culturally responsive approaches.

We integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and trauma-informed care to help clients build resilience and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Our team is committed to providing high-quality, holistic mental health care that recognizes the connection between emotional, psychological, relational, and environmental wellness. Whether you're seeking support for a specific challenge or looking to improve your overall well-being, we work collaboratively with you to develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique goals and strengths.

At The Holistic Wellness Group, our mission is to help individuals and families not only overcome challenges but thrive with greater confidence, balance, and hope. We are honored to be part of your healing journey and look forward to supporting you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, your therapist will take time to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and learn about your personal history, current concerns, strengths, and goals. This is an opportunity for you to share your story at your own pace in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment.

Together, you'll explore the challenges you're experiencing, discuss what you hope to gain from therapy, and begin developing a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. Your therapist may ask questions about your emotional well-being, relationships, coping strategies, medical and mental health history, and other areas that may be impacting your overall wellness.

Our goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful, with a clearer understanding of how therapy can support your growth and healing. We believe therapy is a collaborative process, and we're committed to partnering with you every step of the way as you work toward meaningful, lasting change.
