Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with a background in Marriage and Family Therapy. I work with individuals, couples and families who are navigating depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, or just feeling stuck. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in research—I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re going through and find a path forward. Whether you're facing a tough transition or looking to strengthen your emotional well-being, we’ll work together to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it’s grounded in trust, collaboration, and curiosity. Through thoughtful, open-ended questions, I work with you to understand the challenges you’re experiencing, explore how they developed, and identify meaningful steps toward relief and change. I’m supportive but active, and I collaborate with you to develop goals that reflect your unique experiences, preferences and values.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions with greater clarity, a deeper understanding of themselves, and practical steps they can take between sessions. My goal is to help you feel heard and supported, while also challenging unhelpful patterns and guiding you toward meaningful change. Over time, you can expect to build insight, strengthen relationships, and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges with more confidence and self-compassion.
