Great to meet you!

Have you ever felt like the weight of your past keeps following you no matter what you do? Do you struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, or racing thoughts that make it hard to feel calm or confident? Do you find yourself stuck in patterns that leave you frustrated, exhausted, or disconnected from the life you want? Are relationships, work, or daily responsibilities feeling heavier than they should? Do you long for a sense of control, clarity, or peace that seems just out of reach? You have come to the right place. My name is Va'Quisha, and I am a clinician dedicated to helping women reconnect with the most sacred parts of themselves, the hidden, unhealed, frightened, or shame-filled pieces you were told to hide. With over ten years experience, I help women unearth, reclaim, and honor the parts of themselves that were abandoned, dismissed or forgotten.

My approach to therapy

You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. I work with women who have experienced trauma, anxiety, or overwhelming life transitions, helping you feel seen, heard, and understood. I will never ask you to do anything I haven't done for myself. My greatest strength is making sure every client feels like the most important person in the room-because you are. In our sessions, you will feel heard, supported, and guided on a journey to rediscover the most authentic parts of yourself. All you have to do is show up. We'll do the rest together. You are not alone on this journey.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you'll feel relief, safety, and a sense of normalcy. This is your space- your time. Together, we'll explore what works, what doesn't and what you need to feel truly seen and understood. You are the author of your story, and this session is simply an introduction to how we'll navigate it together.
