Great to meet you!

I earned my Social Work degrees from Troy University. I have worked in the mental health field for over ten years and hold certifications in Peer Support and Intuitive Eating. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults facing co-occurring challenges such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, grief, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in treating eating disorders and religious trauma, using a holistic, person-centered approach that honors the mind-body connection and recognizes that healing is never one-size-fits-all. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Integrative Therapy—to create a customized plan that meets each client’s unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

At the heart of my work is the belief that therapy should be a collaborative and empowering experience. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected as they explore their thoughts, emotions, and identities.
