Great to meet you!

Vanessa created BEing Wholistic Collective as a sacred response to a world that too often teaches trauma survivors to fragment, silence themselves, and survive at the expense of their truth. I know that healing isn’t linear, clinical, or confined to a single modality, it’s cyclical, cellular, and sacred. It happens in the nervous system and the soul. It occurs when we feel safe enough to return to ourselves.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, and trauma specialist who walks with those navigating the aftermath of complex and adult sexual trauma, chronic stress, chronic anxiety and relational stress; I’ve learned that true healing must honor the whole being, mind, body, and spirit. My work is not just a profession, it’s a calling. It’s a reclamation of the sacred. A remembering.

Allow me and my team to co-create a divine design with tangible tools. You may be contacted by Vanessa or Georgia for consultation purposes.

My approach to therapy

At BEing Wholistic Collective, we blend clinical wisdom with ancient healing arts, fusing the structure of brain science with the mystery of spirit. We draw upon Polyvagal Theory, energy practices, chakra-based wisdom, and somatic healing to help people reinhabit their bodies and rewrite the stories they’ve carried in silence. This is not about bypassing pain, it’s about transmuting it. It’s about turning survival into sovereignty.

What you can expect from me

I envision a world where serenity replaces survival, where ritual is medicine, where we remember that science and spirit are not separate, but partners in healing. Through education, consulting, and ethical integration of holistic practices into modern therapy, I hold space for a future in which trauma no longer defines us, and where laughter, belonging, and deep presence become our new nervous system baseline.
