Great to meet you!

Welcome, I'm so glad you're here. Choosing to explore therapy is a deeply personal and courageous step, and I want to honor that. In this space, you are welcome just as you are—without judgment, pressure, or expectation. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, seeking clarity, or simply wanting to be heard, you deserve a place where your voice matters. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and respect for your unique experiences. Together, we'll create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. You are the expert on your life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your own inner strength and wisdom. There's no "right way" to begin—only your way. Whenever you're ready, I'm here.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, you can expect a warm, collaborative space where you're truly heard and respected. I combine several evidence-based approaches to support healing, growth, and clarity. At the heart of my approach is Person-Centered Therapy (PCT). That means I see you as the expert in your own life, and I’m here to walk alongside you, not ahead. You’ll be met with genuine empathy, nonjudgmental acceptance, and deep respect for your individual experience. Therapy is a place where all parts of you are welcome. To help you understand and shift patterns that may be holding you back, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. This involves exploring the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and working together to challenge unhelpful beliefs or habits that no longer serve you.

What you can expect from me

We'll build practical tools you can use outside of sessions, at a pace that feels right for you.
