Great to meet you!

I’m a Florida-raised Latina therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and life transitions. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a double major in Behavioral Healthcare from the University of South Florida, and my Master of Arts in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy with a dual track in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida. I have experience working across multiple levels of care, including residential, inpatient, partial hospitalization, and psychosocial rehabilitation settings. I’m also a heritage Spanish speaker.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, and ACT. I focus on helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while also building practical coping skills. I balance insight with action, supporting clients in both processing their experiences and making tangible changes in their daily lives.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background and current concerns, and we’ll begin identifying goals together. You can also expect time to ask questions and get a sense of whether I’m the right fit for you.
