Great to meet you!

Many of the people I work with are managing stress, anxiety, or difficult life transitions — often while trying to keep everything else together. My background includes years of EAP work, where I supported people through a wide range of everyday struggles before they ever reached a diagnosis, and that experience shaped how I approach therapy: practical, grounded, and focused on what's actually happening in your life right now.

My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and trained brainspotting practitioner, I bring a mix of structured and body-based approaches to our work together, depending on what fits you best. [Provider to confirm: describe your therapeutic style/approach and what clients typically experience working with you.] My goal is to create a space where you feel heard without judgment and can make real progress, not just talk in circles.

What you can expect from me

If you've been thinking about reaching out but haven't yet, that's a completely normal place to be. I'm currently setting up my caseload and look forward to connecting with new clients soon.
