Great to meet you!

She has practiced in a plethora of settings including in office, community, and college based. In addition she focuses from an intersectional lens and considers herself an intersectional therapist. Intersectionality is to view the multiple forms of oppression that people who hold one or more marginalized identities face. Clients will often present with imposter syndrome, self esteem concerns and racial trauma which is directly impacted by the oppression that they face.

My approach to therapy

I take a solution focused and holistic approach to working with clients. I have expertise in the area of mental health but clients are the experts of their lived experiences.
