Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping individuals who struggle with anxiety, low self-esteem, unfulfilling relationships, and lack of direction; as well as couples/families who want to work on poor communication, cycles of conflict that fuel emotional dysregulation, and difficulties agreeing on important joint decisions. My goal is to create a space where you can feel understood and accepted, and then collaboratively explore patterns keeping you stuck and experiment with new behaviors that will lead to change.

My approach to therapy

My early training was in couples/family therapy, and the quality of relationships is still at the core of my work. Often this work can focus on current relationships with partners, friends, and colleagues, but it can also include past relationships in your family that have shaped your experiences, and—perhaps most importantly—your relationship with yourself.

Before becoming a therapist, I completed graduate studies in literature and philosophy in France. I especially welcome inquiries from clients in academia and those trying to navigate cross-cultural differences.
