Great to meet you!

I invite anyone who is struggling to manage stress, life transitions, grief, or trauma that is impacting their mood, relationships, and overall functioning. I provide a warm, therapeutic environment to share your story and problem-solve ways to create positive changes in your life.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families to address current concerns within their daily lives and introduce communication and coping strategies to strengthen self-respect and relationships.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in providing therapeutic counseling services to children, adolescents, families, and adults who are dealing with challenging life events, transitions, or past trauma. Clients can feel comfortable in counseling sessions addressing past experiences, learning to cope effectively, and building meaning from such events. I work with clients in identifying their strengths and building upon their interests to develop a motivated environment for change.

What you can expect from me

Clients will feel more empowered within their lives, and managing challenges whether current or in the future. Clients will be able to learn ways to process events more effectively and manage stress in healthy and positive ways. Further, clients will learn how to utilize their own strengths and narratives to create the life that they want and deserve.
