Great to meet you!

As a therapist who has lived in both East Asian cultures and Western culture, I bring an open-minded, culturally sensitive, and integrative perspective to the therapy room. My multicultural experiences allow me to understand the deep impact that cultural values, family dynamics, and societal expectations have on how we think, feel, and relate to others.

I work with clients through a lens of compassion and curiosity, offering a warm and affirming space where all parts of you are welcomed. Together, we can explore the patterns behind your thoughts and behaviors, uncovering new ways of understanding yourself and navigating your challenges. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply curious about your inner world, I’m here to support your growth with cultural awareness and genuine care.

My approach to therapy

I am a trauma therapist who specializes in helping individuals navigate the lasting impact of painful experience. I use EMDR, Brainspotting and other somatic therapies to help you with trauma in a safe and welcomed space. We can work together to heal, to grow, and to meet the goals you have in your life. I can offer session in English and Mandarin.

What you can expect from me

Are you feeling trapped in a cycle of depression, anxiety, anger or self-doubt from a trauma that keeps coming back to you? You’re not alone, and what you're experiencing is a very real and valid response to pain that has not yet had the chance to heal. Although these emotions are overwhelming and challenging, there is hope. I can help you learn skills and strategies to cope with difficult emotions and deepen your understanding of yourself and your trauma. I welcome you to join me on the journey of self-exploration, expanded opportunities while working towards achieving inner peace and balance.
