Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) based in Texas, with over six years of experience supporting individuals across a range of clinical settings. I’m also a National Certified Counselor.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, and substance use concerns. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to show up as you are—without judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to you. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), which focuses on building on your strengths and creating meaningful change in the present.

Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels comfortable, focusing on what matters most to you while using evidence-based tools to support real, lasting progress.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive conversation where we begin to understand what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping for. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—this is your space.

My priority is helping you feel safe, heard, and grounded as we start building a path forward together. Many clients leave their first session with a bit more clarity, direction, and a sense that change is possible.
