Great to meet you!

I am passionate and invested in what I do, and I work to create an atmosphere where we work as a team to achieve our goals. As a therapist, I pride myself in building relationships with my clients, genuine relationships that are open, engaged, and unconditionally caring but honest, and seek the truth.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I graduated from NYU in 2015 and have been practicing since. I worked with a wide variety of client populations, but most of my clients are young adults and adults. I work from the theoretical background that most of our traits and views of ourselves and the world stem from early experiences in the context of our childhood and our families. However, I also help clients address concerns in the here and now to improve mood and functioning as a central goal.

What you can expect from our first session

A deeper and more compassionate understanding of the self so that you can confidently work towards achieving your objectives, whatever those may be, including conquering life goals, improving daily mood and satisfaction with life, and building better relationships with significant others.
