Great to meet you!

Hey there! I'm Alex, a Baltimore-based trauma informed clinician. I have lots of experience in higher education working with talented people who are very hard on themselves. Together, I hope to help you build a life that feels aligned with your values and capacity.

My approach to therapy

First I get to know you and what specifically makes sense for where you're at. Some folks want to dive right into interventions and others need time to open up or a listening ear to even identify what needs addressing. I tailor my counseling style to each unique individual.

What you can expect from me

In an inviting and warm space, I hope to encourage you to share what you're comfortable sharing in order to work together on a treatment plan. I like to look at us as detectives together in learning what makes you YOU, and how we can help you break down what works and doesn't work in building you up.
