Great to meet you!

I am warm, insightful, interested, caring and invested in creating connections that heal. Traveling the "therapy pathway," clients come to know they are powerful, valuable, and matter, accessing internal "strengths" needed to lean in and move through hard things. They become centered and learn to care for the whole self, gaining higher potential to access dreams and desires, making them true.

My approach to therapy

I like to first get to reciprocally know my client and earn their trust by learning about their neuro-biological, social and emotional concerns and how they're experienced, historically and currently. In coming to an understanding, we construct the treatment plan, that includes connecting the brain and body, exploring the landscape of identity and identity-resolution and coming to love the whole self.

What you can expect from me

They will always take a tool or experience away. This may involve art, movement/vibration tools and/or narrative tools and more.
