I work with women ages 18–25 who feel stuck between adolescence and adulthood. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, social anxiety, low confidence, avoidance, isolation, or uncertainty about their future.
They often feel overwhelmed by expectations around school, work, relationships, or independence and may be questioning their path. Together, we identify the patterns keeping them stuck, build practical coping skills, strengthen self-trust, and create meaningful steps toward a more confident, connected, and fulfilling life.

Headway makes it easy to find support for your mental health — from finding the right provider, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Searching for therapists in Ponte Vedra Beach starts with finding someone whose training fits what you want support with. People look for therapy for many reasons, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, work stress, and life transitions. As you compare therapists, look for specialties and approaches that match your needs, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed therapy, family therapy, or couples counseling. A therapist’s profile can also show how they describe their style, what sessions may focus on, and the concerns they commonly support.
In a smaller coastal community like Ponte Vedra Beach, nearby in-person options may be more limited than in a larger city. Virtual therapy can expand your search across Florida while keeping care connected to your schedule. You may also want to consider appointment availability, whether a therapist is accepting new clients, and whether they offer a free phone consultation before booking. Reading bios before you schedule can help you compare communication style, experience, and fit across local and virtual options.
Therapy in Ponte Vedra Beach can be a significant expense without insurance. Using in-network insurance is one of the most reliable ways to reduce session costs and understand your expected out-of-pocket cost before your first appointment. Headway makes it easier to search for therapists who accept a wide range of insurance plans, review detailed profiles, check estimated costs, and book directly when you’re ready.
