She has experience working with patients experiencing life transitions, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorders. She is also experienced in several areas of medicine, including IM, Nephrology, Gastroenterology, and Cardiology.

My training is in Internal Family Systems, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. After completing my baccalaureate nursing education at Florida State University, I was drawn to major medical centers, which led me to North Carolina—a place I had come to love during my summers there. In my professional journey, I had the privilege of working at both the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Duke University Medical Center, gaining invaluable experience in high-level evidenced based patient care.
