Great to meet you!

I have been a social worker for over 15 years. I earned my MSW and BSW from Florida State University. I am currently working toward my Ph.D. in Social Work from Sacred Heart University.

I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of challenges, including relationships, trauma, violence and assault, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-harm, and sexuality or gender identity diversity.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to provide compassionate therapy services, working in collaboration with you to help you meet your goals and guide you through the healing process. I am passionate about empowerment and facilitating healing and growth from traumatic life events. Working with survivors of interpersonal violence and sexual assault is one of my specialties. I also specialize in helping the LGBTQ+ population navigate their identities in a society that often stigmatizes being your authentic self.

What you can expect from me

I believe that every person has the opportunity to be the best version of themself. Growth and change are often uncomfortable, but with the right support you can step outside of your comfort zone and do more than survive- you can thrive. I look forward to working with you!
