Great to meet you!

**Please note I am only accepting patients for individual therapy at this time.

Prior to becoming a licensed psychotherapist, I enlisted in the U.S. Air Force as a medic. I was deployed to Afghanistan, where I witnessed the high human cost of war firsthand. It was heartbreaking to see so many people suffering, and I knew that I wanted to do more to help them heal. After my time in the Air Force, I wanted to continue helping people who had experienced trauma and provide them with the support and resources they needed to heal. I sought to begin my graduate studies at the University of Southern California which has now led me to working with clients who have experienced a wide range of trauma, from combat events to complex relationship issues and issues specifically affecting men.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with individuals working through difficult trauma, those with complex relationship issues, and specific male issues. I work closely with individuals struggling with different forms of mental disorders and help my clients forge new paths forward to healing and wholeness. My passion is therapy, and I am humbled and grateful when people invite me to play a role in their lives. I view relationships as the source of people's greatest joys and pains. I want all clients to have the experience of being treated with honesty, respect, and care. Trust in the therapeutic alliance is of the utmost importance to me, and I will always do my best to establish a setting where you feel comfortable sharing your most vulnerable moments.

What you can expect from me

Through passionate discussion, we can begin by making the first steps toward positive change and chart a new path of hope for your life. I believe that therapy should be emotional, creative, lively, and intense, and I promise to bring my full heart to the relationship we build.
