Great to meet you!

In my practice, I offer adult and couples therapy, specializing in trauma, anxiety, loss, and relationship distress. I collaborate with individuals and couples who experiences fear, sadness, anger, and disconnection who seek a pathway to healing, greater emotional connection, and sense of well being. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings over the last 25+ years and in private practice since 2008. I love what I do and appreciate the opportunity to partner with clients in their journey.

My approach to therapy

My style is calm, non-judgmental, and interactive. I provide a confidential and safe environment to explore your feelings, ideas, and experiences. I use a collaborative approach to help guide our work together. I utilize evidence-based therapies, including attachment-based, mindfulness, trauma-informed, and emotionally-focused approaches. I welcome those of diverse backgrounds, including race, sexual orientation, and gender identities.

What you can expect from me

You may arrive to sessions in a place of distress but my hope is that you will leave feeling comforted, validated, and understood. The intention is for you to relax into this calm setting, and to leave with a greater sense of knowing yourself, your patterns, and to have the tools to put into place in your daily life to notice a meaningful shift in how you feel about yourself, your relationships, and your experience.
