Great to meet you!

I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, difficulties with emotional regulation, and those navigating the often-overlooked challenges of postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety. With a background in substance use counseling, I am dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate their mental health and wellness journey. My goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and create a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with who you truly are.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). By integrating these modalities, I help clients develop practical coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, increase self-awareness, and build resilience. My goal is to support clients in creating lasting change while helping them feel more grounded, balanced, and connected to themselves and their values. Together, we focus not only on symptom relief, but on creating meaningful and lasting change that helps you feel more grounded.

What you can expect from me

I believe in the power of collaboration and a client-centered therapeutic alliance, empowering you to build resilience, develop coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. I view therapy as a partnership where your voice, experiences, and goals guide the process, and where we work together to identify strengths and solutions that support your growth.

In our sessions, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or other personal challenges, I am here to support and guide you on your journey toward greater emotional wellness, self-understanding, and personal growth. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more empowered, balanced, and connected to the life you want to create.
