Prior to starting my own practice, my many years of work experience have been in the community mental health organizations, work releases, homeless shelters as well as one of the local Washington State Mental Mealth inpatient facilities, Western State Hospital. I am trained and experienced in mental health and substance-use therapy treatment techniques. I work with individuals ages 14 to 70, couples and will have social skills group therapy classes starting soon for adolescents and adults.

I started being interested in becoming a therapist after my time in the military. I started studying mental health counseling and, once I learned about the mind–body connection, I changed over to clinical social work because I believe that we are people of our environments, we are all interconnected, and our present experience is based on our past experiences. I help folks find happiness in all aspects of functioning, including emotional and sexual intimacy. What makes you happy? We can explore your goals and begin working on them now.
I am a Certified Sexologist with the American Board of Sexology. I enjoy helping clients find purpose and new ways to go live happy. I stay busy in my Clinical Practice and in my Doctoral Program where I am studying Clinical Sexology.
