Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel safe, human, and supportive—not cold or clinical. I’m a licensed therapist who genuinely cares about the people I work with, and I see you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis or a problem to fix. Whether you’re coming in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected in your relationship, or unsure where to start, you’re welcome here exactly as you are. I work with teens (13+) and adults, individuals and couples, and I value honesty, compassion, and real connection in the therapy space. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered in your growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and compassionate. I specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and use evidence-based methods to help you build real-life coping skills for emotional regulation, communication, boundaries, anxiety, ADHD, and relationship challenges. I also use Gottman-based couples therapy to help partners improve connection, communication, and trust. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy — we work together to create a plan that fits your needs, your goals, and your life. I’ll support you with both insight and tools, so you’re not just talking about change — you’re learning how to create it.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about connection, comfort, and clarity. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re struggling with, and what you want your life or relationships to look like moving forward. There’s no pressure to have the “right words” — you don’t have to know exactly what to say. You can expect a calm, supportive space where you’re listened to without judgment, rushed timelines, or assumptions. We’ll move at your pace, and you’ll leave with a sense of direction, hope, and a clear understanding of how we’ll work together.
