Great to meet you!

Welcome to a space designed entirely around your healing, relief, and peace. I believe that true, lasting healing can only grow from a place of deep, authentic connection. Over the past 8 years, I have walked alongside many individuals, learning that no two paths to peace look the same. My commitment to you is simple: I will meet you exactly where you are, listen without judgment, and adapt my approach to help you find the relief and happiness you deserve.

My approach to therapy

Because your needs are unique, our sessions will be too. I draw from a variety of gentle, proven therapeutic styles to create a roadmap tailored just for you:

  • Brainspotting: A specialized trauma therapy I am trained in that helps process and release deep-seated emotional pain where words aren't always enough.
  • Somatic Work: A body-centered approach that bridges the vital connection between your brain and physical body, helping you process stored stress and find a deeper sense of physical and emotional grounding.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): To help us untangle and reframe heavy or unhelpful thought patterns.
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT): To give you practical, everyday tools for emotional balance and stress.
  • Motivational Interviewing: To gently spark the inner motivation you need to create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Above all, I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel entirely safe to share your story. We will work as a team to build a life that feels lighter, calmer, and more aligned with who you truly are. The first session starts with getting to know your story.
