My name is Kristy Gustavson, and I am the sole owner of Table for One LLC. I take a person-centered approach to therapy. I believe you are the expert on yourself, and my role is to go along side you as you explore, heal, and embrace all sides of yourself.

Since received my masters from Towson University in 2016, I have worked in mental health and addiction settings, working with clients with depression, anxiety, addiction, PTSD, adjustment disorders, borderline personality disorder, and more.

I base my practice on the belief that everyone is created equal and deserving of love, respect and acceptance. I believe that a person's thoughts effects everything that they do and how they feel, and changing thought processes improves lives.

I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I treat patients struggling with depression, anxiety, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, addiction, OCD, thyroid disease and hormone imbalance. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults and geriatric patients. I also provide genetic testing for those patients who have struggled with limited response to medications or side effects.

I specialize in working with teens and young adults who are trying to balance feelings of anxiety, dealing with a life change or stressor, and looking to connect with themselves on a deeper level.

I've lived in Colorado most of my life. I completed my Bachelors in Social Work from Colorado State University in 2016 and completed my Masters in Social Work from MSU Denver in 2018.

My academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University.

My clinical interests include ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and PTSD/trauma. I am committed to helping individuals navigate these complex conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
