My journey in the fields of Psychology, Healing, and Wellness has been deeply fulfilling, and I am passionate about supporting you through your current challenges to achieve the success and fulfillment you seek in life and relationships. Self-care through this difficult time is encouraged and supported with gentleness and compassion. Therapy is an opportunity to become more aware of all levels of being—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—and to discover how these align to support greater capacities within yourself. My educational background includes a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling Psychology from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. I completed graduate-level training in Jungian and Archetypal Psychotherapy at the Avalon Institute of Transpersonal Psychotherapy in 1995. Additionally, I received Certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional with Evergreen in 2024 and am currently in Dr. Bessel van er Kolk's training program for a Certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies. I have advanced training as a provider of LENS Biofeedback/Neurofeedback. I am currently offering individual psychotherapy virtually during weekdays, and offer individual and couples counseling at my office/studio in Longmont, Colorado, on Mondays and Fridays.

I am just starting my own practice after completing most of my supervision and getting my licenses. I worked in the IT industry for 30 years and decided it was time for a change. After doing life coaching, I wanted to go deeper with clients and went back to school for my masters in counseling at Colorado Christian University.
