I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado. I have worked in the mental health field for over 7 years, with individuals with all types of challenges, from anxiety and depression, to suicidality, Bipolar, and substance issues. I Specialize in men’s anger, relationship issues, and couples therapy.

With genuine compassion, I believe if I can help you to uncover, feel and understand what is actually happening for you, then you will find your way forward. I focus on cognitive and emotional awareness and skills, often involving a new way to understand and navigate relationships, along with deep explorations of spirit and soul to help you into your Self.
