Amber Crouch

I have been a nurse for 11 years and have worked in many different areas of medicine. I have a dual master's degree as a Nurse Midwife and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I sincerely hope to combine my two master's degrees and work with all genders and ages but specialize in caring for women across their lifespan. In particular, I would like to provide care to pregnant women postpartum women, and perimenopause/menopausal women.

I combine holistic care with shared decision-making to allow the patients to drive their care and healing. I believe in empowering my patients to make decisions for their particular situations with my supporting role in the background.

Patients will receive caring, empathetic, and educated screenings and mental health prescribing that put their own goals at the forefront of care.
