Great to meet you!

I co-founded ABLE Counseling & Consulting to create a space inspired by my experiences of navigating a culture that glorifies constant accomplishments and the relentless hustle yet often neglects the emotional toll of striving for more but never feeling like it's enough. As a licensed therapist, I support high-achieving adults experiencing chronic burnout, stress, productivity anxiety, and unfulfillment to separate their self-worth from their level of achievement.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a client-centered and narrative therapy approach, meaning my work is rooted in empathy, understanding, collaboration, and storytelling empowering clients to uncover the narratives shaping their lives, establish healthy boundaries, and cultivate meaningful relationships with themselves and others.

What you can expect from our first session

Our sessions aren’t about fixing “what’s wrong with you” but about understanding “what happened to you” and learning to navigate life in a balanced and meaningful way. Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling heard, valued, and equipped with practical strategies to manage the demands of their lives. You’ll gain clarity about your values, tools to set boundaries, and a deeper connection to yourself that reflects what you do and who you are.
