Great to meet you!

I have been a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor for 23 years. It has been amazing to work with so many clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, anger, life transitions, communication problems, and relationship issues. This has been my calling in life.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to earn your trust and to give you a safe space to learn about yourself.

I am always interested in your specific needs for personal growth. I use psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, Imago and Gottman approaches. I’m very active in the session, asking important questions, making comments, teaching skills, and sharing clinical experiences from decades of my career.

What you can expect from me

I am convinced that so many grown adults do not understand their own emotions. I believe this is critical to all kinds of relationships. I also want to help people find strategies to cope in the moment, as well as long-term skills of resilience. My clients know that I truly care about them, and that I can help them to make their own decisions in life.
