With a background in trauma care, dual-diagnosis treatment, and first responder wellness, I employ a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to promote resilience and healing. I enjoy working with the military both active duty and veterans as I understand the military culture. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of nursing experience and extensive work in inpatient psychiatry. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatric mental health and care for individuals across the lifespan.

I treat depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and women’s mental health concerns, including postpartum depression.
