Change is difficult when we don't have tools.

Change is difficult. Most people would like to change and have happier lives but do not.

But if we don’t change the rest of our lives will continue to be like today.

Wishing, hoping, won’t lead to change.

For things to be different, we must be willing to face what is difficult.

I don't know how happy you would be if had a loving relationship or had no anxiety.

I have been in practice for over 14 years. I work with adults who are struggling with toxic relationships and anxiety.

The heart palpitations came again, and Sue thought she was going to have a heart attack.
