Congratulations on making the first step toward your wellness. You have more courage than a lot of people. Many people go through life pretending that they don’t have problems and challenges. That is not you. You are self-aware. You know you are facing some challenges and you would like to face them head on. You are ready and open minded about doing some different things in your life. You are ready to make positive changes.
In the first session we discuss at depth the difficulties that bring you to therapy. Once we understand the difficulties, we then discuss the outcomes you would like to have. Working together, we help you set your measurable goals for therapy. We also discuss the course of therapy.
