Great to meet you!

I have been a licensed Mental Health Counselor (licensed in Nevada and Virginia), providing care to individuals and families for over seven years. I started my career working in a county jail, working with offenders. Although I have a strong passion for working with offenders to reintegrate into society, my career took another path four years ago. I found a passion for working with the LGBTQ+ community, children, teens, couples, and families as they overcome daily struggles in their life.

My approach to therapy

I value taking a client-centered approach to meet my clients where they are. This is your journey, and I am here to walk beside you and assist in navigating thoughts, behaviors, and actions.

What you can expect from me

Over the past six years, I have worked with individuals suffering from mental health issues, reuniting families after separations, parent coaching, processing depression and anxiety, and marital counseling. There is no greater joy than assisting clients in finding their strengths and ways to use their strengths to overcome life obstacles by creating a new narrative. My goal is for clients to take one step forward in the healing journey and learn to cope with setbacks or stalls.
