I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. My own personal experience has taught me that. Whether you’re a woman, a new mother, or a parent seeking support for your child, my goal is to create a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where you can feel seen and heard. Together, we’ll explore your experiences and help you find your footing.

With over 7 years of experience, I specialize in helping women and mothers navigate the unique challenges of new parenthood, from pregnancy through the early years. I also have a passion for working with children ages 4-18 struggling with trauma, anxiety, and big emotions. My approach is rooted in getting to know each other, as real, authentic people.

I hope to support you in your relationships with others, and to help you heal and grow as your authentic, centered self. Outside of my work, I love spending time with family, friends, and ALL animals.

I am person centered and strengths based. I provide unconditional positive regard and take a non-judgmental stance toward therapy.

I hope clients can walk away from sessions feeling heard, respected, safe, validated, and cared for.
