Great to meet you!

I steadfastly believe that anyone can heal when sufficiently supported in a counseling relationship. I am passionate about cultivating an accepting and confidential therapeutic environment with space for tears, laughter, and authentic connection. I love working with ages 10+. A few of the areas in which I have experience include anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, codependency, perfectionism, and highly sensitive people. I am a neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ affirming therapist; all are more than welcome!

My approach to therapy

I am trained in Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure Therapy. I incorporate elements of experiential and adventure therapy including art and creative modalities, self compassion work, and mindfulness into the therapy space. My space has a variety of art supplies and games that I can incorporate into our sessions.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step towards growth and healing through counseling can be daunting, and I am here to help make the process as seamless and approachable as possible. I am accepting new clients in person Monday through Friday 9 AM to 4 PM virtually and in person. I currently accept insurance and am happy to answer any questions you may have about that process. I am looking forward to learning your story and walking alongside you in it!
