Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults, teens, and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, stress, and life transitions. My background in family systems and relational therapy helps clients better understand the patterns that shape their emotions, behaviors, and relationships.

Many people I work with feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, conflict, or emotional overwhelm. Therapy can be a space to slow down, gain insight, and begin creating healthier patterns.

My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment while helping you develop practical tools to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and insight-oriented. I believe that meaningful change happens when we better understand the patterns in our thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), relational therapy, and attachment-focused work. Together we explore how past experiences, communication patterns, and emotional responses influence your current challenges.

In therapy, my goal is to help you develop greater awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss the concerns you’re currently facing, any relevant background, and what you hope to gain from the process.

You can expect the conversation to feel supportive and comfortable rather than overwhelming. My goal is to understand your experience and help you feel at ease sharing at your own pace.

By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying goals for our work together and discuss what ongoing therapy might look like moving forward.
