Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering trauma-informed psychotherapy for adults and couples. Attachment-Based Therapy for High-Functioning Adults & Couples navigating high stress, emotional regulation challenges, attachment ruptures, career demands, and relationship tension.

I work best with people navigating:

Relational wounds

Patterns of disconnection, conflict, or repeated relationship pain that often trace back to earlier attachment experiences.

Professional burnout

High-functioning professionals who carry immense responsibility yet feel exhausted, emotionally depleted, or disconnected from themselves.

Identity transitions

Life stages or turning points where familiar roles no longer fit and deeper questions about direction, purpose, or belonging begin to emerge.

I work best with people & couples who are high-functioning but deeply tired — people who have spent years in therapy, spirituality, or self-improvement, yet still feel stuck.

Many of my clients feel disoriented after a loss of meaning, role or identity. They were often praised for being mature, empathetic, gifted, or resilient early in life and learned to carry a great deal for others.

They may struggle with chronic anxiety, hyper-vigilance, emotional overwhelm, or shutdown. They may feel uneasy when resting, as though their worth depends on being useful.

May have a history of trauma or relational wounds and find themselves navigating burnout, major life transitions, or identity shifts despite years of insight or previous therapy.

Many of my clients are leaders, founders, physicians, and executives who act as the emotional fulcrum for everyone else — who are accustomed to managing a great deal — often at the expense of themselves.

My approach to therapy

My path into mental health work was shaped by early exposure to complex trauma, medical systems, and the ways people adapt when life becomes overwhelming. Over time, I became drawn to work that goes beyond symptom management and focuses on how experiences live in the body, nervous system, and relational patterns. I trained as a clinical social worker and have spent years working across hospital, institutional, and private practice settings. That range has deeply informed my approach—I value structure, ethics, and containment, while also offering depth-oriented, trauma-informed care that allows for real integration and change.

What you can expect from me

I work best with adults and couples who are interested in a depth-oriented, relational therapy process. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who have done a lot in their lives and are now wanting something different — more emotional integration, authenticity, and connection rather than performance or achievement. My approach is especially well-suited for people who value humility, curiosity, and a willingness to slow down and listen to their internal experience. Therapy with me is not about being pushed or optimized; it’s about becoming more fully human, developing a deeper relationship with yourself, and creating meaningful, sustainable change over time.
