I have a masters degree in social work and I am clinically licensed in Washington State. I work with people who want to break out of patterns of living that are not working. I am specifically interested in working with men feeling stuck and wanting more for themselves.
My approach is to patiently and curiously understand the complexity of the individual I am with. This process starts with each person identifying a desired outcome for therapy followed by a collaborative exploration of what is getting in the way of that outcome.
In the first session we spend time exploring what is desired and expected from therapy.
