Great to meet you!

You don’t have to carry it all alone. Whether you’re navigating unique challenges or simply trying to feel more grounded in your everyday life, therapy can help you find your way to peace and balance! As an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a safe and supportive space to process what’s been weighing you down. We’ll explore the patterns and experiences shaping your life and develop tools to manage stress, anxiety, relationships and life transitions.

Therapy is not about fixing who you are. It’s about finding peace within

yourself and learning new ways to move forward. I understand firsthand how heavy life can feel when you’re caring for others and how hard it can be to slow down and care for yourself, too. My goal is to offer a space where you can exhale, process what’s been building up and begin to feel better. My hope is that you can pause, reflect, feel more at ease and connected to yourself, not just during sessions, but in everyday life.

My approach to therapy

I provide strength-based, personalized therapy that empowers my clients to take control of their mental health and work towards processing life’s experiences. I offer CBT and psychotherapy to most clients. I utilize behavioral parent training to assist with parenthood. I provide trauma-informed support as needed. I aim to use my education, training, and experience to help my clients develop self-awareness, resilience, and emotional growth. I’m dedicated to providing the best possible individualized care.

What you can expect from me

I value the importance of rapport and trust. I offer a safe, comfortable, flexible environment that is tailored to each individual. I’m welcoming and non-judgmental as we navigate whatever you're facing. I value being a human before all else; you can be human too when you're meeting with me! Come as you are, be comfortable, take notes, have a coffee, whatever suits you!
