Great to meet you!

Life can get complicated, and therapy offers a space to sort through what’s working, what’s not, and what you want to change. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and a doctoral student in clinical psychology with over ten years of experience. I work with teens, adults, and families navigating neurodivergence, trauma, identity, and relationship dynamics. I aim to create a space that’s grounded, collaborative, and honest—so you can better understand yourself and make choices that move your life forward.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, active, and collaborative. I use a systems and narrative lens to understand the context around your struggles and draw from IFS, existential-humanistic therapy, DBT, ACT, and CBT to support practical growth. I help clients tune into what different parts of them are carrying and build more agency and self-trust. Therapy with me is flexible, but always grounded in real goals and honest reflection.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel supported, challenged, and engaged in the process. I help clients gain insight into their patterns, strengthen their sense of self, and find tools that fit how their brain and life work. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s more clarity, flexibility, and intention in how you move through the world.
