Hi! I am Cara! I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and I obtained my Master’s degree from Nazareth College. I have been working as a therapist for 15 years and I truly enjoy what I do. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety, and life transitions. I work primarily with adolescents and adults.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment. I utilize a person-centered, relational, motivational, and psychodynamic approach. I also integrate CBT, DBT and IFS approaches into my practice.
