Great to meet you!

I believe therapy can serve as a potent and powerful conduit for healing, a place where you can say the things that you often don't, a cozy nest for sharing your most vulnerable self in search of hope and meaning, a platform for decision-making and action as you forge your way through change and growth. I have more than 25 years of experience in human services and counseling roles supporting clients in letting go of old behaviors, traumas, and ways of thinking that get in the way of change and growth. While I see a diverse adult population for therapy, I have specialized experience in working with women and LGBTQ+ folks.

My approach to therapy

I use a person-centered approach that focuses on building a trusting relationship so that you can be vulnerable and delve into the work that you need to do. I am trained in EMDR, Lifespan Integration, EFT, somatic parts work, DBT and more. We will take an approach to therapy that works for you! I will walk with you on your journey of healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

You will leave our sessions feeling heard, supported, and hopeful. You will begin to feel excited about your life and the possibilities that are ahead.
